I recently came across the most cleaver, genius,

brilliant way to cut a Pakistani Mangoes,

which I Recently bought from farmersson.co.uk.

I'm going to share it with you now. We're going to start by placing our mango

upright on our cutting board. We're going to remove the cheeks.

Now, you do this by just running your knife along the sides of the pit. 

What you'll end up with are these two cheeks of mango.

Then, we'll just shave off the other sides.

You can put those aside. The real secrets to cutting a mango

is to remove all this gorgeous fruit from inside the cheeks.

How do you do that? Well, with a drinking glass. All you need to do is run the glass

along the side of the mango. It will cut the fruit right out.
