The condition is all about appearance, smell, and runescape gold hours. If it's nice looking no scrapes or anything, doesn't have a smoke smell (no place will accept smoke smelled ones), and has under the specific hours, then it's usually worth considering as long as it's not to much to buy. Also they usually have the devices they're looking for on their website so if it's something they're searching for and meets the requirements above it's usually worth buying.

And my comment was replying to guy who was wondering how people can be so bad at estimating their ability.Low competency people will over estimate their ability where high competency people will underestimate their abilityThe competent students underestimated their class rank, and the incompetent students overestimated theirs, but the incompetent students did not estimate their class rank as higher than the ranks estimated by the competent group.This guy is in masters so I wouldn exactly call that incompetent (I only plat) but relative to one of the best players in the world he would fall in the lower competency group and he overestimated his ability.
Quite possibly the biggest wild card of the bunch is Joseph Noteboom at left guard. He's the front runner to be the starter there, but Evans and Edwards will both get a shot, too. If one of the rookies wins that job, Noteboom would likely become the swing tackle with the other player backing up the guards.
