Midlife Women in the Age of Miracles - Learning to Accept What Is

A number of years ago, I study a book by Daryl Rutherford's called, Why aren't you wealthy? Riches doesn't just apply to money. One of many important messages of this guide is within his second concept -

We can not get what we can not accept.

At almost no time is that more correct than as we age. As a midlife woman, I have the decision to both refuse wherever I'm at (read that decline), or acim  it and become truly who I was generally meant to be. This is truly the age of wonders, a time for you to release all judgments of ourselves and what is. Learning to accept what's is vital to being happy.

Acknowledging Others

A pal of quarry, Deborah, served me to read that further by showing me how she has begun to apply acceptance - acceptance of other people as they are - in addition to acceptance of precisely what comes into our lives...
How often does some one present to accomplish anything for you and you state, Number, that's fine - I could accomplish that?
Rather than saying THANK YOU....

Or some one does anything WE don't like - they're actually giving us a gift - because it will also help us to see anything in OURSELVES that individuals really would like different...and therefore, they help our religious development - Again, we can be saying THANK YOU as opposed to looking to blame.

Why Me?

Exactly the same does work about what are happening within our lives. When life provides us what seems to be challenges, we state, WHY ME? Or What did I do improper here?
It's rather subtle but -- We so often move to blame as opposed to thanksgiving.

As an alternative, we want to learn to continually be trying to find and recognizing the present in the experience.
