As of June 11 at 10 a.m. PDT you can buy Beach Blast Crates with 'Shells' that you earn by playing games online. You can also buy Beach Blast Crates directly through the Rocket League customer service (similar to www.lolga.com buying Keys or Premium DLC Battle-Cars).
